Bender Bakery is run out of our own kitchen. Victoria bakes to order rather than to a shelf, which means nothing sits, nothing is wasted, and what you collect was made for you that morning.
The menu changes with the week and the season. Orders close a few days ahead so there is time to bake properly, and every box is labelled with your name and set aside for your pickup window.
