Bender Bakery is a home bakery, run out of our own kitchen in Culpeper. Everything is made in small batches, to order, for a pickup day you choose when you order.

Baking to order rather than to a shelf means nothing sits and nothing is wasted. What you collect was made for you, usually that morning. It also means the menu stays small on purpose, and changes with the week and the season.

The name and the year on the seal are the beginning of something we expect to grow slowly, carefully, and mostly by word of mouth.

Pay online. Your confirmation email carries the pickup address, the time window, and how to find us.

Collect

Your box is labelled with your name and set aside for your window.

Where and when

Pickup happens on set days in short windows, so your box is fresh and there is someone expecting you.

The address is sent in your confirmation email rather than published here. It is a simple courtesy: this is a home business, and the people at the pickup point are not expecting passing trade.

Everything is baked in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy and tree nuts. If an allergy is serious, please ask before ordering.

Bender Bakery operates under Virginia’s home food processing exemption. Every order is labelled with its ingredients, its allergens, the date it was made, and the statement below.
